Tattoos: No tattoos. Facility FAQ on Rakuten Travel (大浴場・露天風呂 answer): タトゥーの入っているお客様に関しては、ファッションタトゥーの場合にも利用をご遠慮いただいております (guests with tattoos, even fashion tattoos, are asked not to use the baths). Lawson Travel notice also says tattooed guests may not be able to use shared baths. Own site has no tattoo wording.

After a ride or hike: Overnight only. 2 min walk from Togendai bus stop (also the Lake Ashi cruise and ropeway terminal). Free parking for 100 plus cars, no booking. Luggage held at the front desk (after check-out, same day only).
