Day visits: Yes (bathing by renting a rest seat, or bath-only late afternoon)
Yudoko seat reception 10:00 to 14:00; bath-only reception 15:00 to 16:00; closes 17:00. Closed every Thursday and all of February (winter break)
Adult: Bath only 1,500 yen (towel included). Yudoko seat 2,000 yen for 2 hours, 3,200 yen for 4 hours, 5,600 yen all day (bath, seat, yukata and towel included)
Private bath: No. Two shared rock baths; private rest seats or rooms only, not private baths. No reservations, same-day only. Yudoko seats for 1 or 2 people; groups of 4 or more cannot use bath-only entry.

After a ride or hike: About 3 min walk from Ubako Station on the Hakone Ropeway (third-party nifty). Parking available. Car navigation: search for 姥子温泉, not the name. Early close (17:00) and short bath-only window. Bring your own food, no alcohol allowed in.
